Watch: Crazy three-OT finish in NASCAR Truck Series thriller at Michigan

In a chaotic NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race that took three overtimes to be settled, Stewart Friesen broke a 72-race winless streak and locked up a 2025 Truck Series playoff berth at Michigan International Speedway.

On the third and final overtime restart, Friesen started on the inside of the front row and took the lead away from Grant Enfinger to score the victory. It's Friesen's first win since Texas in May 2022 and the fourth of his Truck Series career.

Friesen climbed the catchfence to celebrate with the fans before driving to victory lane.

"I don't know what to say," Friesen told Fox Sports. "Thank you to Chris, Halmar and all these sponsors and all these race fans, I know there’s a lot of Canadians and a lot of Americans."

Saturday's race was tame through the first two stages — both of which were won by Corey Heim — but Stage 3 devolved into chaos in the closing laps. That included a huge wreck on the Lap 121 restart and three more wrecks that propelled the race to triple overtime.

Enfinger, polesitter Luke Fenhaus, Ben Rhodes and Corey LaJoie rounded out the top five, with Matt Crafton, Jake Garcia, Chandler Smith, Andres Perez and Layne Riggs completing the top 10.

Other notable finishers include Carson Hocevar, who suffered a flat tire and a restart violation late that doomed his chances of winning, in 11th, Gio Ruggiero in 12th, Frankie Muniz in 14th, defending Truck Series champion Ty Majeski in 15th and Toni Breidinger in 22nd.

Heim finished 18th after leading 29 laps. He was caught up in the Lap 121 restart crash that impacted a majority of the field.

Ross Chastain finished 26th after a spin with 11 laps to go in regulation took him out of the lead.

The 14th race of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season will take place on Friday, June 22 at the Pocono Raceway. The MillerTech Battery 200 will go green shortly after 5 p.m. ET, with coverage on FS1, NRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
